The facilities were amazing. I really enjoyed the swimming pool, the hamam, sauna, and steam room. free mocktails and ice cream were available during snack time. I thought this was a lovely bonus. the access to the land of legends with shuttle buses was so convenient.
The kids club did not have enough staff and equipment. That was a letdown. the ice cream and desserts were below average. I expected better. i was not well informed about what the resort offers or what to expect at the land of the legends (no maps were provided, either).

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
fresh food enjoyable activities great care prompt assistance
The buffet food was delicious and fresh. The variety of dishes plus the live kitchen made it one of the best experiences i have had. There were many enjoyable activities for kids, this. The Guest Relations team took great care of us from arrival until checkout.
The bar had limited cocktail options. the hotel consists of different buildings, so we were assigned a room quite far away. A buggy is available, though it only comes every 15 minutes and becomes very crowded.

The hotel has big green grass spaces. The sandy beach is good. This is convenient for families and those who enjoy outdoor relaxation.

We had a very nice room with a balcony. The rooms are beautiful. I especially liked the family room as it accommodated everyone comfortably.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I want to mention Zineb Demirtas, they assisted us with all our needs. The reception service was ideal plus it was fast.

The main restaurant served tasty dishes. The buffet was varied. the drinks were promptly served at the table, it was very nice.
